Copenhagen City Hall

➕Pros:

  • Copenhagen City Hall is big and beautiful. Photographer can easily spend one hour for shooting indoors.
  • You wont be bothered by bad weather while you shoot indoors.

➖Cons:

  • Very low light , which is not ideal for Photography.  Especially in the wedding room, the quality of the light is very poor.

Christiansborg Palace

➕Pros:

  • At this unique location, you have the choice between vibrant, colorful houses or the majestic allure of a royal castle as your backdrop.
  • The Christiansborg building, with its soft and bright sand color, presents a striking contrast to the charming streets of Magstræde.

Magstræde

➕Pros:

  • Very close to Copenhagen City Hall. It’s about five minutes walk from Copenhagen City Hall.
  • The colourful buildings in Magstræde make this place very photographic.

➖Cons:

  • Sometime packed with tourists. Magstræde is one of the oldest streets in Copenhagen , which makes it very attractive to tourists. Sometimes the tourists will make the shooting difficult.

Nyhavn(new harbour)

➕Pros:

  • One of the most popular place for tourists.
  • Nyhavn in Copenhagen boasts vibrant, colorful buildings along a picturesque canal, creating a captivating backdrop for your images.

➖Cons:

  • Always packed with tourists.
  • At least 20 minutes’ walk from the City Hall.

Tivoli

➕Pros:

  • An enchanting amusement park close to City Hall
  • It’s a perfect place for fun photos.

➖Cons:

  • Packed with people

King's garden

➕Pros:

  • Have Rosenborg Castle as a backdrop in photos.
  • The park’s abundant foliage, manicured lawns, and towering trees create a serene backdrop.

➖Cons:

  • The garden is quite big and it will take half an hour to walk around the place.

Troll in Forest

➕Pros:

  • If you love the idea of escaping the city and want to experience the beauty of nature with a  treasure hunt feeling, I highly recommend going to the forest to look for a troll as a fantastic choice for your wedding photoshoot. This enchanting forest setting offers stunning landscapes, serene lakes, and the excitement of discovering a hidden troll, creating a unique and magical backdrop for your special day.

➖Cons:

  • Accessibility: The forest location requires a walk of about ten minutes, which might be challenging in formal attire.
  • Distance from City: The forest is located approximately ten kilometers from the city, requiring a drive to reach the location.

Langelinieparken

➕Pros:

  • Iconic Landmarks: Langelinieparken is home to the famous Little Mermaid statue, an iconic symbol of Copenhagen, as well as the Gefion Fountain and the Langelinie Pavilion, which add historical and cultural elements to your photos.
